Process

Our application process is more in depth than others and as such, we advise that you review the materials carefully prior to submitting your application. The reason is that we aren't looking for good tenants, we are looking for excellent tenants! Our tenants usually stay with us for mulitple years and do not provide us with issues or problems (such as evictions, noise issues, smoking issues, etc.).

In return, we are responsible landlords who respect your privacy. If there are any problems, we try our very best to handle it quickly and professionally. We would like our tenants to abide by the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
